What is the difference between ordering from College Aunties than ordering from any other site?
We will personally deliver your order to your student at the requested place and time with your customized message (e.g. a card, video or picture). Recording when possible the reaction of the moment. We will also do our best to satisfy any other request.
What areas do you cover with your delivery services?
We currently serve all on-campus and nearby off-campus locations at Stanford University, San Jose State University, Santa Clara University, or the Santa Clara, CA County in general.
How can I customize a care package?
You can customize care packages with a variety of options, including food preferences, personal notes, and themed decorations. During the ordering process, you need to fill out the contact form and we will contact you to fill out your request.
Are there any subscription plans available?
Not for the moment.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Since we personally deliver your order, we will email you when the order has been completed, adding a photo of the moment when possible.
Can you deliver items that need to be kept refrigerated or at a specific temperature?
Yes, we have the capability to handle deliveries that require refrigeration or thermal control. Make sure to specify this requirement when you place your order, so we can arrange the appropriate transportation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed through a secure online system to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your financial information.
